Responsibilities

CCCU is looking for a talented Branch Manager to guide all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. A successful candidate will have a hands-on approach with a knowledge of banking regulations and policies. You will provide back-up to your team, when needed, to ensure members are taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

At City & County Credit Union, we are intensely passionate, creatively driven financial marketers obsessed with the ‘People Helping People’ philosophy. The Community Engagement Specialist, a vital team member on the Marketing Team, is responsible for raising awareness for the ‘People Helping People’ philosophy and cultivating relationships with key strategic partners, community leaders, non-profit entities and individuals to increase brand awareness for City & County Credit Union.

In addition, the Community Engagement Specialist will bring energy and passion for financial education, community events, volunteering, relationship building and cooperative banking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 4 years professional experience in business development, sales management and/or marketing experience.
  • Must be a licensed driver with a working automobile available to you at all times.
  • Excellent PC skills with a proficiency in many programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience in using graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator in IBM platform and working knowledge of social media management platforms and email marketing softwares is beneficial.
  • General understanding of the financial/credit union industry including compliance-related issues.

Responsibilities

CCCU is looking for a Member Connections Specialist for our credit union's call center. You will serve as the liaison between our company and its current and potential members through phone calls, emails and chat. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving member issues, complaints and inquiries, including simple banking transactions, while keeping member satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. You will also educate members on credit union products and services that will help them be financially successful.

CCCU is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist (MES), the credit union’s version of a personal banker. You’ll be responsible for assisting our members in opening and managing their accounts and finances by building long-term relationships and cross-selling the products and services that will help them be financially successful. We are looking for excellent communicators with solid knowledge of banking processes and products. Sales, banking and customer service experience can help you succeed in this role. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others with accuracy, is self-driven, and familiar with financial institution regulations.

Responsibilities

CCCU is looking for an experienced System Administrator to provide support to the activities and resources required to provide quality computer operations processing for a financial institution/credit union. The ideal candidate is certified in CompTia A+, CompTia Network +, current Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and experienced with Hyland OnBase, Fiserv Spectrum platforms and the current BIA software. Our System Administrator will act as a team player within the Infrastructure team and the credit union as a whole. You will be flexible and adaptable to changing job requirements and have high attention to detail while working multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires our System Administrator to be on-call 24 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and implement standards for computer operation and use software support tools to process scheduling, reports, report generation, database administration, performance tuning, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problem associated with local and wide area network environments.
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
  • Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records. Demonstrate ability to startup and shutdown all branches, data centers, generators and UPS’s.
  • Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations.
  • Train people in computer system use.
  • Research new technology, and implement it or recommend its implementation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and with Credit Union staff to facilitate purchases. Responsible for dealing with hardware and software vendors as well as technical support issues.
  • Applies system analysis techniques and process including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications.
  • Documents, analyzes, creates, modifies, and tests computer systems or programs and scripts, including prototypes based on and related to user or design specifications.
  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance.
  • Log and track calls using problem management database, and maintain history records
  • and related problems.
  • Act as a key technical liaison between computer systems users, vendors, and IT.
  • May serve as project coordinator participant in various business or IT related projects.
  • Must be on call 24 hours per day.
  • Assist Infrastructure Manager and other IT staff when needed in progressing with current projects and ongoing resolutions while communicating with key IT staff and organizational leadership, as well as, day to day activities
  • Follow Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • CompTia A+, CompTia Network+ certifications or equivalent recent experience preferred.
  • Current Microsoft Windows desktop operating system certification or equivalent experience.
  • Must have a System Administrator level computer certification as approved by the Credit Union.
  • Experience with Hyland OnBase, Fiserv Spectrum platforms, and the current BIA software preferred.
  • Three to five years of credit union experience preferred.
  • Must be a licensed driver with a working automobile available to you at all times.
  • Strong process engineering and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with the ability to gain consensus across a diverse group of users.
  • Strong PC skills utilizing spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Ability to work remotely. Have access to high speed and reliable Internet access.
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills required.
  • Strong documentation skills require the ability to write technical documentation, routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Able to respond to problems and challenges in non-scheduled hours of operation, including the need occasionally to work evenings, weekend days, and holidays.

The successful candidate will be the “frontline” of our credit union and will play a fundamental role in achieving our member satisfaction and company goals. We are looking for candidates that will be comfortable making dozens of transactions daily and communicating with different types of members, while serving as a member advocate and educator to help our clients be financially successful.
