SBA Paycheck Protection Program | 2021

City & County Credit Union is dedicated to supporting your business through all aspects of the PPP Loan process. To apply for either first or second draw PPP loans, complete this form with your contact information & we will be in touch with next steps.

Borrowers who received a PPP loan in 2020 may be eligible for a 2nd draw PPP loan. Learn more about second draw loans.

Borrowers who did not receive a PPP loan in 2020 may be eligible for a 1st draw PPP loan. Learn more about first draw loans.

SBA Paycheck Protection Program | Forgiveness for First Round PPP Loans

All current City & County Credit Union PPP participants have been invited to apply for loan forgiveness by email from our online portal. The email was sent from ESFSCMConfigurator@Fiserv.com.

To ensure you are submitting the correct documentation required with your application for your type of business, visit the Knowledge Center within our PPP Online Portal.

  1. Click on the ‘Knowledge Center’ within the application portal
  2. Scroll down to ‘More Helpful Resources’
  3. Under ‘Documents to Submit & Maintain’ click on ‘Documentation’ highlighted in blue
  4. On the left hand side under ‘What Type of Business am I?’
    1. Select your business type by clicking on the down arrow
    2. Select the application form type by clicking the down arrow
  5. A list of information for Owner Compensation Replacement, Payroll and Non-Payroll Costs will be provided

TIP - Your username is the business or individual name the invitation email was addressed to.
